I've leaned towards the uploaded version of the MoM forms because they have fit my projects, teams and leadership style better. But I'll share the other variations in the near future. Few suggestions: MoM forms need to be more objective type & hence to be in Excel format (with date of point of discussion opened & closed),responsible person,status (open/closed) etc. Dashboard needs to have many other health parameters including Project & Product Cost,status of design,service,launch,risks & so on. I appreciate the forms you have created.
